Forming a Guild
To form a guild, you must be at least level 10+ and have "Experience" of leading.
When I day experience I mean, like yo are good at giving commands, smart on the battle field, have good team work, etc.
I hope that you realize that you have the choice to choose who you want in your guild.
If you are thinking about allowing someone, or inviting, them into your guild, simply send them an invite, telling them all they need to know about the guild.
A guild has a minimum of 4 member and has a max of 50.
The order that people post during a battle/quest is squarely up to you, the leader. You would send your guild a message like this saying what order you post REMEMBER BOSSES/ENEMIES POST ONCE ON EVERY 2 PEOPLE:

(boss) (3)
Hayden (4)
Felica (5)
(boss) (6)
