So you want to be on the staff team?
It ain't gonna be easy I can tell you that now. I am very judgmental and will not shed a tear if you don't make it. Listen up, if you want to be on the staff team then you better be ready for disappointment and don't get your feelings hurt easily, that is the only way to make it. Now then, enough with being scary, I want you guys to know that while I might not cry, that I while be unhappy that you do not get in based on how your skills are. Let me tell you what you need to be to get on the team.
1. You MUST have experience. If you do not, you will not qualify.
2. You must have a 200 word post count minimum
3. You must be 12 + in age
4. You have to be kind to all members and be fair to them
5. High activity
Okay, now that we've gone over everything, it's time that you see what the staff team is all about:
Admin
The leader of the site, online at least 4/7 and has a high post count, experience, knowledge of the site a coder and much more. The staff team looks up to the admin knowing that whatever the admin says or post is the law... Okay maybe thats too much but you get the picture. Closed
Co-Admin
Someone which the admin can trust to be their loyal deputy. They are almost like the admin but with a little less power. They need to be on at least 3/6. Open to 1
Global Monitor
The head monitor who watches all post, links back for advertisements, watches members activity, and enforces the site rules. Open to 1
Monitor
They are like the global monitor in training, do the same things as the global do but they do not have access to wonders of global power. Open to 2
Coder
To be this spot you must know coding like the back of your hand. To prove yourself you must make a example of a posting template with the code you used. And if you think it is funny to copy and past from a different site, it's not. This is your warning. Open to 3
